Magnetic emulsion technology is an excellent technology for the production of mayonaise, showing great results when compared to mayonaise prepared in a classical way. The quality of mayonaise produced with magnetic emulsion technology is superior to reference samples, supplied by several industrial producers.

For producers in batch, M4E is ready to offer a process using magnetic emulsion technology. The most important advantage is the low total cost of ownership. Not only is the investment cost lower than with classic technology, the energy cost, maintenance cost and spare-part cost are sharply reduced. On top of that, the M4E installation is CIP-able (Clean In Place). This makes the M4E process for the production of mayonaise an interesting option for companies that produce mayonaise or want to start up mayonaise production.
