Sauces

Apart from the production of mayonaise, magnetic emulsion technology also shows promising results in the preparation of other types of sauces.

On a lab scale, several types of vinaigrettes, dressings and mayonaise based sauces (cocktail, bearnaise, ...) were already successfully manufactured.

Vegetable oil emulsions are readily produced using M4E technology on a lab scale.

M4E is now looking for interested parties to test these sauces on an industrial scale.
