Industrial installations
Magnetic emulsion technology can be implemented easily in existing installations. But M4E also offers brand new production installations containing magnetic emulsion technology. Different types of M4E devices are available, suitable for a broad range of flow rates. Batchwise as well as (semi-) continuous processes are possible. M4E already has several industrial customers using magnetic technology to manufacture their emulsions.
existing installations: The magnetic devices are very compact. The emulsion is formed in the magnetic device, which is located outside the vessel. The technology is not dependent from the type of vessel. This means that only restricted adaptations are required to install magnetic emulsion technology in existing plants.
new installations: M4E closely collaborates with the engineering company Cegelec. Cegelec is specialised in the design and construction of production installations in food, pharma and fine chemistry. This collaboration allows us to build tailor-made production installations containing magnetic emulsion technology for our customers.
upscaling: In order to assist the upscaling process, pilot equipment is available with M4E. We have different types of industrial magnetic devices available for upscaling tests, as well as dedicated pilot equipment.
